Solstice Gold Corp. has confirmed a strategic expansion of its Strathy Gold Project located in the Temagami Greenstone Belt in British Columbia. The company has entered into an agreement to acquire two patented claims that span 24 hectares, which contain the Leckie Gold Zone. This acquisition increases the total area of the Strathy Gold Project to approximately 57 square kilometres.
The Leckie Gold Zone is noteworthy for its extensive underground development, which includes a 160-metre deep shaft and infrastructure across five levels. Furthermore, the site has more than 23,000 metres of historical drilling data, which could provide valuable insights for future exploration and development activities.
In addition to the acquisition, Solstice Gold has successfully completed a private placement that raised $650,000, with all shares fully subscribed. This financing will support ongoing and future activities at the Strathy Gold Project, allowing for continued exploration and development in a region known for its mineral potential.
