Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. has released assay results following drilling on its project located in the Cariboo Gold Corridor in British Columbia. The recent data comes from 28 diamond drill holes, which are part of the comprehensive feasibility study drill program designed to explore and evaluate the project's gold resources.
The company reported a notable intersection of 295.50 metres that grades at 0.54 grams per tonne (G/T) of gold. Within this, a higher-grade section of 107.00 metres showed 0.93 G/T gold, indicating the presence of significant mineralisation near the surface. Spanish Mountain Gold aims to complete a total of 60,000 metres of drilling by 2026 as part of its ongoing feasibility study, with approximately 33,353 metres already drilled.
The Cariboo Gold Corridor has been recognized for its rich history in gold mining and remains a focal area for exploration and development. The results from the Spanish Mountain Gold project will likely contribute valuable data towards advancing the feasibility study and inform future investment and operational decisions for the company.
